But why? He’s still better than 95% of the other riders even though he’s old enough to be their dad. That’s fucking awesome. We can all just hope to be that cool.

he’s not getting a competitive ride, he should retire incase he injures himself too badly or worse.

I would do the same if I were him. Retirement wouldn’t be nearly as fun as racing. Rather die doing something awesome than get bored sitting around in retirement. No matter what he does in retirement it’s going to feel like sitting  around compared to Moto GP.
